Job summary

Tate Inc. in Red Lion, PA is looking for a Team Leader to direct a production department, ensure on-time quality, and help develop staff. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies, while collaborating across shifts to meet production needs.

You will supervise daily operations, enforce PPE and safety practices, manage shipping, packaging, and documentation, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8-10 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the safety of department employees and enforce safety policies.
• Check shipping lists, print orders, and assist in packing/shipping processes.
• Complete manifest and loading diagrams for trucks; ensure weight requirements are met.
