Tate Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to direct a production department, ensuring safe, on-time manufacturing of quality products. The role involves supervising staff, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting shipping, invoicing, and inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (8–10 years).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work an 8-hour shift in a fast-paced setting.

Aufgaben

• Direct and supervise department activities to manufacture quality products on time and within cost targets.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE use; ensure LO TO procedures are followed and accidents are reported.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, and manifest processes; manage loading and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Prepare SA invoices and export manifests; collaborate with customer service on job requests.
• Assist in team development and cover for breaks or absence to meet production needs.
