Tate Red Lion Plant 2 in Red Lion, PA is hiring a Team Leader to direct activity in the production department, ensure on-time, quality output, and support employee growth. The role emphasizes safety compliance, efficient packing and shipping, invoicing, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 8–10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the safety of department employees and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Check shipping lists, packing and labeling, and manage manifests.
• Complete SA transactions to create invoices for customers and handle export Canada documents.
• Work as part of a team to cover breaks and maintain housekeeping and safety.
