Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) in North Carolina.

The role focuses on safety, uptime, quality, waste reduction, and process optimization while coaching team members on SOPs, techniques, and certifications. You will lead daily Tier II meetings, drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate with the Shift Supervisor to maximize productivity and maintain a culture of safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a group without direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train shift team on SOPs, processing techniques, and quality procedures.
• Ensure production orders and processes are followed.
• Analyze and report production results to Supervisor.
• Allocate resources based on production planning.
• Lead daily Tier II meetings.
• Drive 5S, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
