Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for the 2nd shift at our Fairview, NC site. The role focuses on supporting yield, process improvement, and coordination across shifts to maintain project continuity.

Candidates should have an HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience (or a 2-year degree with 2+ years) and prior 2nd shift manufacturing exposure. Onsite work with ITAR/EAR access requirements applies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years related experience OR 2-year degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Previous 2nd shift or non-standard hours manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate common hand and power tools during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Support yield and productivity through process improvement and troubleshooting on 4th shift operations.
• Coordinate with 1st shift during handover for project continuity.
• Train operators on manufacturing process and equipment during evening shift hours.
• Coordinate and execute moderately complex engineering studies with minimal guidance.
