Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Fairview, North Carolina, is hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader III for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm). This role leads a shift, ensures safety, uptime, quality, and cost performance while coaching team members and coordinating with supervision to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, SAP/ISO knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive continuous improvement and safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lead peers without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes as lead operator.
• Provide training to all shift team members on SOPs, techniques, duties and certifications.
• Ensure correct production order and processes are followed by the team.
• Analyze and report production results to Supervisor.
• Lead process improvement projects within the team.
