Job summary

Eaton’s CPDI OPS team in Raleigh, NC seeks a Team Lead for the 2nd shift to supervise manufacturing activities and drive on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of two years in manufacturing and a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred. You will perform root-cause analyses, coach Kanban and flow, balance workloads, and report BOM issues. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates within a 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for quality defects and corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources, parts, and materials with production planning and material handling.
• Monitor production boards hourly and rebalance workloads to meet targets.
• Represent work centers in daily production meetings and escalate issues.
• Coach the team on Kanban, continuous flow, and standardized work.
• Train new employees and maintain training records.
• Promote 5S, safety, and environmental goals in the work area.
