Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Landisville, PA is hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader II for 1st shift. The role leads production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, guiding daily activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, coaching, and SAP knowledge are essential as you coordinate with engineering and quality functions. The position emphasizes 5S, safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements and drive

Qualifications

Experience guiding or leading production employees.
Knowledge of production processes, safety, quality systems, 5S, and continuous improvement.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production docs.
Basic computer skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations and meet targets and customer requirements.
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, scrap, uptime, and costs.
Allocate employees and resources according to plans and schedule changes.
Train and coach team members on SOPs, equipment, and procedures.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production Control, HR and others.
Lead Tier I daily meetings and drive issue resolution and improvement.
Review completed orders and ensure accurate reporting.
