Qualifications

• Must have a manufacturing background and be able to work in the United States.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for quality defects and corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources with production planning and material handling to meet commitments.
• Direct associates, monitor production boards hourly, and rebalance workloads.
