Job summary

Our Home is seeking a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to supervise and coordinate activities of up to 50 employees in snack food plant operations. The role will communicate operations schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safety, production, and quality meet specifications. Regular schedule is 2nd Shift (4:00 p.m.

to 2:00 a.m. Mon-Thurs.). You will coach staff on safe production, support adherence to schedules, lean initiatives, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years manufacturing leadership, or 5+ years without a degree.
• Knowledge of database software; Excel and word processing software.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and skills.
• Working knowledge of GMP and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach employees to perform duties safely for personnel and food safety.
• Adhere to production and packaging schedules; manage crewing and line efficiency.
• Lead problem solving; ensure timely disciplinary action and cross-shift communication.
