Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily shift operations and production employees
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety and quality
• Monitor production performance, labor, materials and equipment
• Conduct shift meetings and provide direction
• Coach, develop and manage employee performance
• Identify and resolve production, safety, quality and productivity issues
• Implement process improvements and corrective actions
• Ensure lines are ready for start-up and changeovers
• Maintain accurate production, labor, material and payroll records
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
