Job summary

ACCU Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. This role will support second-shift coverage and collaborate with management to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Second-shift supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support manufacturing employees throughout the shift
• Assign daily tasks and monitor production goals
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and production delays
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Monitor product quality and enforce workplace safety standards
• Manage attendance, employee concerns, and shift performance
• Communicate production updates and staffing needs to management
• Oversee end-of-shift cleanup and reporting
