Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing, as well as the ability to analyze data and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of team management experience and expertise in manufacturing processes. This position includes a 2nd shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, aiming to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with strut or similar metal fabrication.
• 2-5 years of team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities related to strut manufacturing.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and review safety topics.
