Job summary

Advance Services Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will oversee staffing, performance, safety, GMP compliance, and cross-functional coordination to hit targets while maintaining quality and sanitation standards. The role requires 3–5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, familiarity with GMP and OSHA, and strong communication across QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HR.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing or food production.
• 1–2+ years in a supervisor role.
• Experience supervising production employees across shifts.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, attendance per policy.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions.
• Familiar with SOPs to ensure product quality.
• Strong communication with QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations including workforce assignments and shift coverage.
• Work flexible schedules and rotate day/night shifts as required.
• Monitor output, efficiency, downtime; analyze data and implement improvements.
• Understand equipment operation and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Apply knowledge of materials to optimize quality, safety and sanitation.
• Train staff on SOPs, GMP and safety practices.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
