Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You will supervise teams, drive continuous improvements, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, addressing defects, and leading lean initiatives to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience with 3-5 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet targets and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain production schedules; coordinate resources with Plant Manager, Quality Control, and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and regulatory requirements; enforce PPE use.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks and equipment issues with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain production records and generate daily shift reports for management.
• Lead team meetings on goals, challenges, and process improvements.
• Assign tasks during shifts to ensure production schedules are met.
