Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with a CMMS is preferred or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with shift work including evenings and weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair filling and assembly lines.
• Interpret system error messages and HMIs.
• Read electrical diagrams and use multimeters.
• Repair facilities items and perform general grounds maintenance.
• Assist with line changeovers and setups.
