Job summary

Peet's Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Brooklyn Center, MN roasting operation. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair roasting and packaging equipment to keep operations safe and productive.

We value candidates with electrical knowledge, welding/fabrication skills, and experience with SCADA and CMMS systems. The role requires physical fitness and willingness to work nights and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related technical experience.
• Minnesota Electrical Unlicensed Individual certification.
• Basic electrical circuits knowledge.
• Welding and fabricating experience.
• Experience with SCADA systems such as Scolari for roasting and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on roasting and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain equipment uptime at 90% or higher.
• Assist with equipment installations and modifications.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
