Job summary

Peet’s Coffee Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10:30pm) in Minnesota. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across green blending, roasting, packaging, and distribution areas.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of related experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to operate SCADA systems like Scolari. Safety, quality, and teamwork are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical circuits knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabricating experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate production equipment and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by understanding equipment functionality.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on roasting and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Communicate with Engineering Supervisor and Operations leadership.
