Job summary

Teasdale Foods Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Carrollton, TX. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, scheduling inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining records. The role requires a background in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems and experience with CMMS and GMP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with food safety, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians with guidance and training.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, work orders, and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery and facilities, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate to drive continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance expenses within budget and optimize resources.
• Provide regular reports on activities and performance KPIs.
