Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to achieve targets.
• Plan and coordinate production activities, including resource allocation, equipment setup, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the Production/Unit Manager to develop production schedules and process improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Train production workers on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance and improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE use to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics to resolve production issues.
• Provide regular reports on productivity, yield, downtime, and quality metrics.
