Teasdale Foods Inc is seeking a Unit Manager - Production (Off-Shift) in Carrollton, TX. You will oversee a designated unit, lead production supervisors, ensure schedules, quality, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, QA, and logistics to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years' experience in food manufacturing, with strong leadership and data-driven decision abilities. Competitive benefits offered.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the assigned unit within the production department to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Supervise and support production supervisors with leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Plan and coordinate staffing, resources, equipment, and workflow to meet targets and customer demand.
• Monitor processes and quality controls, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, QA, and logistics to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections and training.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for consistent operations and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Manage production expenses within budget and identify waste-reduction opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between supervisors, management, and other departments to align goals.
