Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on the 3rd shift to lead a team of technicians. You will plan preventive maintenance, schedule work orders, and supervise repairs to minimize downtime and sustain product quality.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, CMMS proficiency, and knowledge of GMP and OSHA standards. You’ll collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement while managing maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance operations with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery and facilities for hazards and address issues.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with the Maintenance Manager.
