Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for hazards.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols and GMP standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and budget.
• Provide regular performance reports to Maintenance Manager.
