Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, OH is seeking a Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role requiring consistent, on-time performance and teamwork to keep healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will load and unload trucks, lift heavy containers, weigh waste, and prepare outgoing orders, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday on the 2nd shift (3PM–11:30PM). Competitive hourly rate of $19, with benefits from day one.

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
