Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a hardworking Loader/Unloader for our Stow, OH facility. This highly physical, fast-paced role is essential to keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.
• Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
