Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Liquids unit in Wauconda, IL. The role leads a production team, coordinates workflow, and ensures safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in a related field and has at least 3 years of production experience, with Lean manufacturing experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and ERP system proficiency are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Production Management or related field, plus 3 years production experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.
• Strong math and data interpretation; proficient with Word and Excel.
• Effective verbal communication and group presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level leadership, coaching and direction to the manufacturing team.
• Plan material flow and assign labor to meet internal/external needs.
• Use LEAN principles to improve efficiency and problem solve.
• Coordinate information sharing across production, planning, maintenance, and quality.
