Job summary

Givaudan in Illinois is seeking a Production Supervisor, 2nd shift, to oversee production operations and deliver top-quality flavor and fragrance products at the Carol Stream site. You will manage performance, control inventory, lead Lean initiatives, ensure safety and operational excellence, and report to the Production Manager in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in production with people management, a technical Engineering or Supply Chain diploma, strong Excel

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production experience with exposure to quality and materials process management.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in people management.
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Microsoft experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee production operations and ensure delivery of intermediate or finished flavor/fragrance products.
• Production Processes: Define processes aligned with safety/EHS standards and productivity goals; lead Lean programs.
• People Management: Supervise staff, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and manage staffing decisions.
