Job summary

You will supervise the team, align labor and resources with demand, and coordinate with leadership and the Inventory Management Manager to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI reporting, and strict adherence to inventory controls and company procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience, or 6 years related experience if no degree.
• Experience supervising a materials team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations in the stockroom and order fulfillment.
• Analyze data, summarize results, and report findings with recommendations.
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving in line with policies.
• Provide KPI metrics for inventory and WIP.
• Ensure timely material delivery to support sales orders.
• Develop lean processes to reduce inventory.
• Support production control and material handling CI initiatives.
• Enforce inventory cycle counts and year-end WIP counts.
• Set department metrics in line with Quality, Cost, and Schedule.
