Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Support B to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. The role supports production and operations with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The position runs on 2nd Shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with training on 1st shift during the first week. Candidates should be able to lift up to 32 pounds and obtain internal material handling certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials per procedures.
• Maintain 95% inventory accuracy through tracking, reconciliation, and auditing.
• Process daily Costpoint transactions for inventory updates.
• Prepare and kit materials for production floor delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment after internal certification.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align inventory requirements.
