Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Inventory Management Support in Rochester, NY to assist manufacturing operations. You will perform receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment, working with a cross-functional team across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, location audits, parts picking and delivery, and operating material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and reliability are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required with significant related experience.
• An Associate’s degree plus related experience is acceptable in lieu of higher education.
• Experience with inventory control processes such as cycle counts and location audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inducting parts.
• Maintaining accurate counts of parts through cycle counts and location audits.
• Picking and delivering parts and completing work orders for kitted jobs on the factory floor.
• Operating forklifts, waves, pallet jacks and tuggers to move material safely.
• Tearing down parts from machines and inducting parts back into stock.
• Managing receiving docks by directing inventory to correct locations.
