Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking an Engineering Technician C for the second shift to support Jefferson Road Operations Center manufacturing processes.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a High School Diploma or AA Degree with relevant experience and offers a 4/10 schedule (10-hour days, four days a week) with a comprehensive benefits package including health and disability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AA Degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly of all new and existing products in the factory.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on selected assembly equipment.
• Procure tooling and equipment/parts for production processes.
• Work with engineers to develop and implement manufacturing plans.
• Coordinate with disciplines and shifts to implement process improvements.
• Learn to use new equipment to assist in setup and operation.
• Traverse production floor up to 12 hours.
