Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the JROC Stockroom and Order Fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing across Configuration, Kitting, Crane, OEM, and Stockroom. You will lead the 2nd shift team and coordinate with leadership to allocate labor.

The role requires data analysis, inventory control, and KPI reporting, with collaboration across departments to meet demand and implement lean practices. A Bachelor's degree with experience or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or 6 years with no degree.
• 2+ years in a related role preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CLTD certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, summarize and review data; interpret results and report findings.
• Manage inventory control tasks supporting the organization.
• Provide KPI for inventory levels and WIP.
• Ensure timely material delivery to support the sales/order plan.
• Develop and implement lean inventory practices.
