This 2nd shift, direct-hire role offers a starting pay of $33.90/hr plus overtime and double-time premiums, with a full corporate benefits package. You will maintain high-speed sanitary processing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and perform PMs on active packaging and filling lines in a clean GMP environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance in a high-speed manufacturing environment (sanitary food GMP background preferred).
• 3+ years maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years maintaining conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and high-speed mechanical drives.
• Demonstrated MIG/TIG welding proficiency and basic fabrication for machine repair.
• Solid work history, US Citizenship or Green Card, and residency within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• High-speed equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance on packaging machinery.
• Inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, and drive components.
• Weld (TIG/MIG) and perform basic fabrication for machine repairs.
• Ensure sanitary and GMP compliance in all maintenance work.
• Collaborate with 2nd shift production operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
