Job summary

HRforGrowth seeks a Temporary FC Operations Associate for the 2nd shift to support accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials per client specifications. You will verify items before shipment and work with RF scanning and voice technology to ensure efficiency.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can learn new systems quickly, and possesses basic math/reading skills with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Evening shift runs 4:00 pm–12:30 am, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience.
Experience using RF scanner and pallet jack.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Basic math and reading skills; understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Set up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specifications.
Check items before shipment to customer.
Assist with line set-up and various shipping/receiving duties.
Perform daily cycle counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Use voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment as required.
Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking.
Restock packaging materials.
Support team to meet customer expectations.
Contribute to process improvements by communicating with supervisor or team lead.
