Job summary

HRforGrowth is assisting a client in hiring for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join the warehouse team. The role focuses on picking and packing, processing orders, and ensuring shipments are sent and received while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Candidates should be comfortable standing long hours in varying temperatures, have basic math and computer skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable
• Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used
• Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Overtime will be required based on business needs
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments
• Quality control inspection of products
• Other duties as assigned
