Advatix Inc. is seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate for the 2nd shift. The role involves accurate setup, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials per client specs, with item checks before shipment. Experience with PC applications and quick learning of new systems is advantageous.

The position emphasizes daily cycle counts, RF technology usage, and teamwork to meet customer expectations, with emphasis on reliability and accuracy in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Prior experience as a receiver in a warehouse is strongly desired.
• RF scanner and pallet jack experience required.
• Basic math and reading skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and team-building skills.
• Able to bend, stretch, and stand for the shift; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must work Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Help with line set-up
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving cycle count discrepancy issues
• Utilize voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment as required
• Assist with receiving and shipping duties
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
• Restock packaging materials
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Participate in process improvement with supervisor or team lead
