Job summary

HRforGrowth facilitates this opportunity for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate on behalf of the client. The role operates on the warehouse floor, handling order picking, packing, receiving and QA tasks while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You may support multiple clients and learn varied logistics approaches as assignments change. The ideal candidate will tolerate temperature variations, stand for long periods, and meet basic math and software-use requirements.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Overtime will be required based on business needs.
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments.
• Quality control inspection of products.
• Other duties as assigned.
