ADVATIX – Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics seeks a Temporary FC Operations Associate for 2nd shift in Coppell, TX. You will set up, pick, pack, and manifest materials to client specs and verify items before shipment. Prior PC experience and quick system learning are valued.

The role supports line setup, cycle counts, RF devices, and packing tasks, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and timely delivery. This is a hands-on operations position requiring endurance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or three years of warehouse experience.
  • RF gun and pallet jack experience preferred.
  • Able to read and interpret instructions with basic math.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with line set-up and daily cycle counts.
  • Use RF devices and other equipment to process orders.
  • Perform receiving, packing, and shipping duties as required.
  • Complete paperwork and time-tracking documentation.
  • Restock packaging materials and support team objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements with supervision.

Role Summary

TheTemporaryFC Operations Associate- 2nd Shift is responsible fortheaccurateset-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to the client's specifications.They willbe responsible forchecking items before they areshippedto the customer.The ideal candidate has experience in PC applications and can learn new systems quickly.

Key Results Areas

Help with line set-up

Conduct daily cycle counts andassistin resolving cycle count discrepancy issues

Utilize the technology asrequiredthroughout the day; voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment asrequired

Assistwith various administrative, receiving, and shipping duties asrequired

Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation

Restock packaging materials

Assistteam members in meeting and exceeding the customers' expectations

Participate in process improvement by communicating with the supervisor or team lead

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experiencerequired

Previousexperience working as a receiver in awarehouse is strongly desired

Prior experience using an RF scannerand a pallet jack isrequired

Mustpossessbasic math and reading skills as well as the ability to understand written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and team-building skills

Able to bend, stretch, and stand for the duration of the shift

  • Capableoflifting upto 40 pounds on your own or heavier weights as part of a team-lift
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
