Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate on behalf of a client organization. The role involves on‑floor work, picking and packing orders, sending and receiving shipments, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

The position supports multiple clients and may require standing for long periods, with variability across days as operations differ by client. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable; organized, forward-thinking and approachable.
• Experience in warehousing/distribution; start-up experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app for picking/packing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and complete safety training.
• Quality control inspection of products.
