Job summary

Planet Fitness in Lewisburg, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist members and guests, sign up new members, greet visitors, and log amenities. You will handle calls, answer questions, and process purchases with the POS system.

The role requires availability M-Th 3p-11p and Fri 11a-5p, plus reliable transportation. Benefits include PTO, 401K match, health options, life and disability coverage, EAP, and a free Black Card membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L043 Lewisburg - Lewisburg, PA 17837, Job Shift: Second Shift, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• MUST have reliable transportation
• Customer service experience

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
