Planet Fitness Lewisburg, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, answer phones, sign up new members, log amenities, and maintain a clean, safe club. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, accurate information, and a high standard of service while supporting day-to-day club operations.

Must be available M-F 5am–9am; starting pay is $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year.

Qualifications

• Availability M-F from 5a-9a.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and prospective members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• MUST have availability M-F from 5a-9a
• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
