Ashton North LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its food processing and hydraulics operations in Wisconsin. The role offers $31.00/hour starting base with overtime premiums, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dedicated 2nd shift schedule within a modern, GMP-focused facility.

You will troubleshoot high-speed packaging lines, service conveyors and drive assemblies, diagnose fluid power systems, and perform welding/fabrication for machine modifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience, with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills for repair tasks in a food processing environment.
• Comfort working in a regulated, safety-conscious facility with GMP compliance.
• Stable work history and reliable daily attendance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical troubleshooting and rapid fault-finding.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and service high-pressure hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Perform structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding to repair guards and frames.
• Ensure equipment and work areas comply with sanitation and GMP guidelines.
