Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food processing facility in the Greater Madison area. The role pays $31.00/hour starting base with premium overtime; benefits are included and work is on a dedicated 2nd shift schedule.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year in industrial mechanical maintenance, US work authorization, and a valid 45-minute commuting radius. The environment emphasizes GMP, safety, and teamwork with structured overtime incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong core skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Capable of basic structural welding and fabrication.
• Ability to work on high-speed packaging machinery and conveyors.
• US work authorization (Citizenship or Green Card) and a valid local commute.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical troubleshooting and rapid fault-tracing.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, belts, gearboxes, and related components.
• Inspect and service fluid power systems including hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
• Perform structural welding and fabrication for machine support and guards.
• Ensure equipment and work areas comply with GMP and sanitation standards.
