Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its food processing and hydraulics operations in Wisconsin. The role offers a $31.00 per hour starting base rate plus premium overtime and full benefits, with a dedicated Monday–Friday schedule and strong safety standards.

You will maintain high-speed processing lines, service conveyors and drive assemblies, diagnose fluid power systems, and perform basic welding and fabrication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Comfort in a food-safe GMP environment.
• Stable employment history with good attendance.
• Legal US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).
• Residence within 45-minute commute of Greater Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain High-Speed Processing Lines: mechanical troubleshooting and rapid fault-tracing on packaging equipment.
• Service Conveyors & Drive Assemblies: troubleshoot and repair conveyor networks and gearboxes.
• Diagnose Fluid Power Systems: service pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Execute Structural Modifications: MIG/TIG welding to modify machinery frames and guards.
• Maintain Regulatory Compliance: uphold GMP and sanitation standards.
