Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support food processing and hydraulic systems. Starting pay is $31.00 per hour with a premium overtime structure, including time-and-a-half after 8 daily hours and guaranteed double-time on Sundays, plus a full corporate benefits package.

The role focuses on maintaining high-speed processing lines, servicing conveyors and drive assemblies, diagnosing fluid power systems, and performing basic welding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Basic welding, torch cutting, and metal fitting skills.
• Comfort working in a food-safe environment with GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines and troubleshoot machinery across packaging cells.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and related components.
• Diagnose fluid power systems including hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
• Perform structural welding/modifications and fabricate brackets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety standards, and GMP protocols.
