Your Talent Team is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a premier food processing facility near Greater Madison, WI. Base pay starts at $31.00/hour with premium overtime, including time-and-a-half after 8 daily hours and guaranteed double-time on Sundays, plus full benefits.

The role focuses on high-speed lines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding in a GMP environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in industrial maintenance, valid US work authorization, and can commute

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• US work authorization (citizen or Green Card).
• Commute within 45 minutes of Greater Madison, WI.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Basic structural welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed packaging lines and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, and gearboxes; perform repairs.
• Diagnose and service hydraulic/pneumatic systems and components.
• Perform structural welding and fabricate brackets or guards as needed.
• Ensure sanitation, GMP compliance, and safety on the floor.
