Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a high-speed food processing facility in the Greater Madison area. The role pays $31.00/hour with premium overtime (time-and-a-half after 8 hours, double-time on Sundays) and a full benefits package.

You’ll troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics, service conveyors, weld fabrications with MIG/TIG, and uphold GMP and sanitation standards in a safety‑driven environment. A strong attendance record is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated mechanical maintenance in a production setting.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with food-safe manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain High-Speed Processing Lines: troubleshoot and repairs on packaging equipment.
• Service Conveyors & Drive Assemblies: troubleshoot, rebuild, optimize conveyors and gearboxes.
• Diagnose Fluid Power Systems: inspect and service pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Execute Structural Modifications: MIG/TIG welding to modify machinery frames and guards.
• Maintain Regulatory Compliance: ensure sanitation, safety, and GMP compliance.
