Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its food processing and hydraulics operations in the Greater Madison area. The role offers $31.00/hour base with premium overtime and direct-hire status with full corporate benefits.

You will maintain high-speed packaging lines, service conveyors and drive assemblies, diagnose fluid power systems, and perform structural welding/modifications while ensuring GMP compliance and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is required.
• Comfort working in a food-safe processing environment with GMP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain High-Speed Processing Lines: Troubleshoot, fault-trace, and repair packaging equipment and processing cells.
• Service Conveyors & Drive Assemblies: Rebuild and optimize conveyors, belts, sortation lines, gearboxes, and drive systems.
• Diagnose Fluid Power Systems: Inspect, overhaul and service pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Execute Structural Modifications: MIG/TIG welding to modify frames, brackets, and guards.
