Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food processing facility near Madison, WI. The role offers $31.00 per hour starting base with premium overtime and full benefits, with a Monday–Friday afternoon/evening schedule and a strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

You will work on high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, hydraulics, and structural welding, contributing to a stable, team-focused environment with extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year mechanical maintenance in a fast-paced production setting, with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Basic fabrication and welding for machinery repair applications.
• Comfort working in a food-safe environment with GMP compliance.
• Stable employment history emphasizing reliability and teamwork.
• Residence within daily 45-minute radius of Greater Madison, WI.
• US citizenship or green card holder required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical troubleshooting and rapid fault tracing.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and related components.
• Inspect and overhaul fluid power systems including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Perform structural modifications with MIG/TIG welding and fabricate machine guards.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and GMP compliance in all work areas.
