Ideal candidates have 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience, US work authorization, and can commute within 45 minutes of Madison. The position offers starting pay of $31/hour with overtime time-and-a-half after 8 hours and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance in a production setting.
• Strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems experience.
• Ability to perform basic structural welding and fabrication.
• Commitment to workplace safety and GMP guidelines.
• US citizen or green card holder and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines and troubleshoot faults.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, and gearboxes.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform structural welding and safe machine modifications.
• Ensure sanitation, GMP compliance, and safety on the floor.
